Ages 3y–5th Grade

Sunday Morning Praise Musice with the H.O.P.E. Band

All children in grades Kindergarten through 5th grade kick off the Sunday School hour each Sunday singing praise in the sanctuary with the Hope Band. They enjoy songs from This Little Light of Mine to Lord, I Lift Your Name on High. What a great way to begin worshipping each Sunday! Questions, call Nancy Vogelsang, 912.351.9223.

Children's Choirs

In choir, your child will learn basic music concepts, enjoy fun activities, develop singing techniques, and grow in faith in God. All music is chosen with the goal of leading our children to a growing faith in Jesus Christ. The age–appropriate music they learn will help them explore their gifts, talents and abilities while praising God through song. We have many well–trained volunteers who assist in our children's choir ministry each week. Questions, call Laura Hibberts, 912.354.4219.

Twinklers

A choir for children who were 3 years old by September 1st. This group is led by Beth Parr and meets on Sunday mornings for a 15 minute session during the Sunday school hour. The Twinklers have one performance in the spring at a Wednesday Night Supper.

Joyful Noise I (4 year olds) and II (Kindergarten)

Children learn to make a joyful noise unto the Lord through the Joyful Noise choirs. The choirs perform in the spring in worship and also at Wednesday Night Supper in December and May. They are led by Katie Lewis and Heather Batchelor, respectively and rehearses on Wednesday, 5:15 – 6:00 p.m., September through May. Church members and non–members are welcome. Join us at rehearsal!

Kids of the Kingdom I (Grades 1st & 2nd)

Great music and great fun! This choir, led by Terri Smiley, sings in worship in the fall and spring and also present a musical offering at Wednesday Night Supper in December and May. Rehearsals are Wednesdays, 5:15 – 6:00 p.m., September through May. Church members and non–members are welcome. Join us at rehearsal!

Members of Kids of the Kingdom I and II participate in a musical production every other year. The next musical is scheduled for the 2006–2007 choir year.

Kids of the Kingdom II (Grades 3rd, 4th, & 5th)

In this choir, led by Laura Hibberts, the children learn to play tone chimes in addition to singing great music. The choir sings in worship in the fall and spring and also presents a musical offering at Wednesday Night Supper in December and May.
