Adult Sunday School classes meet each Sunday at 10:30 am, immediately following worship. These classes are one of the primary ways adults build community at Isle of Hope, offering space for Bible study, conversation, prayer, and meaningful connection.
Visitors are always welcome, and you do not need to be a member or have attended before to join a class. Whether you are new to Isle of Hope or looking for a deeper place of connection, we invite you to try a Sunday School class and experience the community that helps shape the life of our church.
Seekers: This class is a group of mostly “empty nesters” who love living the Christian life in an un-Christian world. They explore contemporary issues using the Bible as their guide. Everyone is encouraged to read and study ahead so that the class is a real learning experience.
S.A.L.T.: The "Study and Learn Together" class is designed for adults in their late 20’s through early 40’s. The curriculum ranges from Christian living books to Biblical exploration, with shared leadership in a conversational format. Fellowship opportunities outside of Sunday mornings help to create close friendships.
New Horizons: A small group experience around the table, this class embraces all ages, single or married, with or without children. Class members choose topics which are diversified and innovative. Biblical, as well as contemporary, studies are offered. This class thrives with shared leadership and robust conversation.
Good News: Share the Good News each week with this discussion-based conversation. Shared leadership and the varied perspective of this eclectic class offer an invitation to study God’s word from a broad and diverse range of sources. All ages are welcome.
Sisters of Strength: Whether you’re a seasoned, single woman every day, or only on Sunday, this group welcomes you! The class invites single women to share their strength and struggles as they navigate life.
