The South Georgia Conference Early Response Teams (ERTs) focuses on disaster response and recovery efforts to support communities in crisis. ERTs fill a specific need in the days after a disaster to clean out flood-damaged homes, remove debris, place tarps on homes and otherwise help to prevent further damage, while providing a caring Christian presence. Early Response Team (ERT) Training is required for all team members. The training equips individuals and teams to respond in the immediate aftermath of a disaster.
