Facilities Access Request Form

Keeping our Church Safe

At Isle of Hope United Methodist Church, the safety of our entire community is a top priority. We have worked diligently to implement best practices that ensure our building remains secure, while still providing a warm and accessible environment for everyone. During normal business hours, our staff is happy to assist you. If you believe you need a code to access the church on a recurring basis outside of these hours, please fill out the Facilities Access Request Form below. 

Requests can be completed and submitted in two ways: 

  • Online: Fill out the form and email it to our Facilities Manager, Marla Williamson, at mwilliamson@iohumc.com 
  • In-Person: Print and bring the completed form to the church office for Marla Williamson OR pick up a blank form from the church office and submit it in person. The church office is open Mondays-Thursdays from 8am-4pm. 

Ministry leaders can also help facilitate form completion. 

When completing the form, please list all of your church associations and activities under the "purposes" section to ensure you have the correct access granted.

Once a PIN is assigned, each user will receive a welcome email with instructions detailing their access groups and the associated schedules. Please note that each user in the system must associate with at least one access group and its accompanying access schedule. Please allow up to two weeks to receive a welcome email with your PIN.
