SonRise Servers
On the first, second, and fifth Saturdays of each month, IOHUMC volunteers gather downtown outside Union Mission to serve breakfast to our unhoused neighbors in Savannah. In addition to a warm meal, the SonRise Servers provide gently used clothing, hygiene kits, and other essential items for those in need. This ministry offers a meaningful way to share Christ’s love through hospitality, dignity, and care.

SonRise Casserole Crew
To help support the SonRise Servers ministry, a small team meets monthly to prepare breakfast casseroles for the weeks ahead. This is a simple yet meaningful way to serve behind the scenes and help provide warm meals with care and consistency.
Volunteers meet on the first Thursday of each month at 2 pm in the main kitchen. Click the link below if you're interested in helping. Volunteers are scheduled on a monthly basis.
