Policies & Fees

Admission

Children in the Cherubs program must be four on or before September 1. Children in the Tots program must be three on or before September 1. Children in the Pee Wees program must be two on or before September 1st. Children must remain in their specified age group and may not participate in the other age group programs without special permission.

Accidents and Sickness

In case of an emergency, the school must inform the parent if possible. If the parent cannot be reached, someone at the emergency number should be advised. The phone numbers on the registration form should be kept updated. If the case is serious and neither of the above can be reached, the family physician will be notified. If none of the above can be reached, the child will be taken to the emergency room at the hospital. This action will then be reported to the parent.

Registration and Supplies

Regardless of the child's age, the annual registration fee is $225.00 for the first child and $175.00 for each additional child in the same family. This fee is not refundable unless we do not have a place for your child.

The supply fee varies by class: $200.00 for 2 days a week, $250.00 for 3 days a week, and $325.00 for five days a week. This fee is non-refundable and is due in May for the upcoming school year.

Tuition

Payable each month, September through May, whether the child is present at school or not. No provision is made for being out of town or illness. We do not send monthly statements. You may pay monthly or yearly. If you have more than one child enrolled in the program, you may write one check for both children. A late fee of $25.00 monthly will be added to payment reminders that are sent on the 10th of each month. In the event payment becomes more than sixty (60) days overdue, Weekday Ministries reserves the right to remove the child(ren) from the program.

Please make checks payable to : Isle of Hope Weekday Ministries. Checks can be given to the teachers, Wez Childers, the church office, or mailed (IOHUMC, 412 Parkersburg Road, Savannah, GA 31406/ Attn: Wez Childers). Do not send checks with the child or give to the teachers.
