Visits of Hope
Visits of Hope is a caring, one-on-one ministry that helps us stay connected with members who are at home or living in assisted care communities. Working alongside our ministerial staff, teams of two volunteers regularly visit the same members, building meaningful relationships and living into our shared vow of presence.
During these visits, volunteers also bring Communion from the Sanctuary table, offering our homebound members the opportunity to share in this sacred meal and remain connected to the worshiping life of the church.
At the heart of Visits of Hope is a simple but meaningful commitment: ensuring that those who cannot be physically present with us continue to feel deeply loved, remembered, and part of our church family.
