Visits of Hope is a warm and loving one-on-one ministry with our at-home and assisted living members. Partnering with ministerial staff, teams of two volunteers make regular visits to the same at-home members to create a relationship, living into the vow of presence. They take Communion from the Sanctuary table and share the elements with our homebound members.
