~ Sassy Sowers / meet weekly August-May /open to adults on all skill levels. Recent mission projects include: Baby blankets for the NICU at Memorial Hospital, Hygiene kits for the homeless, Crate quilts for the Humane Society, and Christmas stockings for P.A.C.K.
~ Sew Much Fun sewing camp/ this is a two week summer camp held in July for anyone (Children, youth, or adults) that wants to learn basic sewing skills; Hand sewing and machine sewing. Participants do a mission project for others first and then a make something personal to keep.
~ Saturday sewing / this is a continuation of the summer sewing camp with a mission project focus held the 2nd Saturday of the month September-April / all ages are welcome.
Projects have included Crate quilts for the Humane Society and items for Operation Christmas Child
~ Sewing Fairy/mending and/or alterations done for and in support of Hope Arbor participants and their families/caregivers
~ Community outreach / starting soon at a local assisted living facility (the Sassy Sowers take it on the road!)
